Once you submit your payment, you'll receive a link to schedule an appointment on my calendar to book our 45-minute background call.
What are your payment terms?
In order to reserve space on my calendar for your project, payment is due 100% up front.
When can I book you?
My calendar tends to fill up in advance. Please know that I cannot guarantee a specific date for your project without upfront payment AND a completed agreement.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
If you're planning on publishing 4+ case studies in a year, I'm open to discussing a "loyalty" rate.
How many revisions are included?
Unlike most copywriters, I don't put a limit on how many revisions I'll make as I feel that this approach is not in your best interest. I want my clients to be completely satisfied. If I've done a good job understanding your needs, I usually come close on the first draft. Most clients only require minor revisions (2-4). That being said, revisions are different than rewrites which require a separate quote.

In fact, that's why I have a one-time product research fee ($295) for each solution I write about. This allows me to conduct in-depth research into the product or offering that will be featured in the case study. You pay this once per product or service, regardless of how many case studies it appears in.
Are you an expert in "XYZ" industry?
One of the advantages of a professional case study writer is their journalistic ability to quickly research and understand your products and services, create top-notch interview questions and summarize their findings in a professional case study format. What if I'm nervous about sharing access to my clients?
Don't be. I keep all information you share with me in the strictest confidence. I've been consulting with companies for almost two decades. If I had loose lips, I'd have gone out of business years ago.
How much of my time does this require?
My job is to take work off of your plate, not add to it. When you work with me, I manage the entire project from start to finish—that means you don't have to spend your time conducting interviews, writing, editing, or managing revisions. Plus, as an objective third-party, there's no agendas or politics involved. Once we’re all set on strategy, all I need is an introduction to your client. It's super simple.
How do I know if my business is a good fit with The Case Study Copywriter?
In our first call together, I'll ask you a bunch of questions to find out if or how I can help you. If I feel like I can't help you, I'll let you know politely, and do my best to point you in the right direction. If I feel like I can help you, I'll let you know that, too... sound fair?

Case studies start at $1500. For each product or service featured in the case study, there is also a one-time fee of $295 for onboarding research. You pay this once per product or service, regardless of how many case studies it appears in.
