Conducting your own customer interviews can often feel awkward or come across as, “Can you tell me how great we are?” Using a third party brings essential objectivity to the interviewing process, not to mention a writing and interview specialist + project manager that handles the entire process from start to finish.
How it works
- First, we’ll schedule a brief background call to discuss your featured client.
- Then, I’ll then conduct a professional interview with your featured client about the challenges you’ve helped them overcome and the results they achieved from your services.
- Once the interview is completed, I’ll get to work writing a professional testimonial. It will showcase the successes your client experienced with your products and services and what they valued most about working with you.

What happens after I pay?
Once you submit your payment, you’ll receive a link to schedule an appointment on my calendar to book our 20-minute background call.
What are your payment terms?
In order to reserve space on my calendar for your project, payment is due 100% up front.
When can I book you?
My calendar tends to fill up in advance. Please know that I cannot guarantee a specific date for your project without upfront payment AND a completed agreement.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
If you’re planning on publishing 10+testimonials in a year, I’m open to discussing a “loyalty” rate.
How many revisions are included?
Unlike most copywriters, I don’t put a limit on how many revisions I’ll make as I feel that this approach is not in your best interest. I want my clients to be completely satisfied. If I’ve done a good job understanding your needs, I usually come close on the first draft. Most clients only require minor revisions (2-4). That being said, revisions are different than rewrites which require a separate quote.
What if I want multiple interviews for one testimonial?
The first 20-minute interview with your client is included. Additional interviews are $125 each.
How do I know if I really need testimonials?
Testimonials are one of the most effective B2B marketing tools available (more than blogging, social media, testimonials, and in-person events). However, not everyone’s a good candidate for testimonials. If you’re a successful B2B company with a strong focus on sales and marketing, and have happy customers, then we are probably a good fit. We’ll determine that in our first call.

Plus, as an objective third-party, there’s no agendas or politics involved. Once we’re all set on strategy, all I need is an introduction to your client. It’s super simple.
How do I know if my business is a good fit with The Case Study Copywriter?In our first call together, I’ll ask you a bunch of questions to find out if or how I can help you. If I feel like I can’t help you, I’ll let you know politely, and do my best to point you in the right direction. If I feel like I can help you, I’ll let you know that, too… sound fair?

After helping hundreds of companies with their content marketing, I realized that they all face a similar problem—they aren’t taking advantage of their most powerful asset—their satisfied customers. I believe that deep specialization (vs. being a generalist) brings the most value to my clients. I have an innate ability to connect with people by asking questions and “finding the gold” to create the perfect testimonial.
